Located in the Khed and Maval regions of the western state of Maharashtra, Andhra Lake I can power more than 17,500 households in India and can avoid more than 84,000 metric tons of CO2e per year which would be created if that electricity were generated using traditional sources.

Andhra Lake I also helps to improve the health and education of the local people, supporting a sustainable community in the region.
